יש לי שאלה בנוגע למטופלת בת 52 הסובלת מכאבים בזרוע ימין באזור li+tw, כאב בשכמה והקרנה לכף היד ולאזור GB20. יש מוגבלות מעט מוגבלות בתנועה (לא מצליחה לסגור את החזייה). הכאב התחיל לפני כמה חודשים ולאחרונה החמיר. הכאבים מופיעים גם בלילה. התנוחה היחידה בה היא מצליחה להירדם היא בשכיבה על הצד על הזרוע הכואבת (?) . תסמינים נוספים: עווית ברגל שמאל הגורמת לאיבוד שיווי משקל ("פתאום כף הרגל מתעקמת"), בעלת משקל עודף, טעם מר בפה, היצרות של החוליות הצוואריות. עשיתי לה 4 טיפולים לפי שיטות האיזון. במהלך הטיפול היא מרגישה הקלה אך ברגע שהמחטים יוצאות כל הכאב חוזר. הנקודות שהשתמשתי בהן: St38,44,sp9a, gb40, lu5, li3,tw3 אני אשמח אם תוכל לעזור לי,

Hi Adi I received your email yesterday and was happy to hear from you. You are welcome to write in Hebrtew in the future. The pain is in the the shoulder. You do not specify which one, so let assume it is on the Right shoulder and you identified the channels as LI and TW. The treatment should be to balance these meridians and choose points that mirror or image the shoulder. The first points i will consider are SP. KID and LIV. I can choose same side (Right) or opposite side (Left), all depends on the strategy of the treatment. I suggest that you use SP. 9 KID 10 and LIV 8 plus several ASHI points around these areas on the Right (same side of pain system 2) and then use ST 41, 38 and 36 plus GB 34 and GB 40, all of them in to the bone on the Left (opposite to the pain according to system 1). You can then have the patient move the shoulder and retry.You may also add points 77.01+77.02 for the neck, both of them on the Left foot. On the hands, to make this a global balance you may needle LI 3 and SJ 3 on the Right (same side of pain, System 6) and PC 7 LU 7 (System 3) on the Left, opposite side. You ask what could be done better, so remember that it is important to keep a dynamic balance of Yin and Yang and keep the sides according to the systems.
